The High School Ambassador Program helps students engage with our foundation and community, while gaining essential work skills and expanding their professional networks. As ambassadors, they hone leadership, public speaking, and teamwork skills. Their unique perspectives strengthen our student-focused approach.
The goal of this 1 year program is to shift more workforce-bound high school graduates to higher paying careers with benefits and growth potential and away from common jobs that pay lower wages, are part-time, and lack benefits.
A 3 year program, Focused Futures targets students who aspire to continue their education after high
school but face significant barriers that make this goal seem unattainable.
The Future Centers provide a focal point at each high school where students and their families have immediate access to post-high school preparation and planning resources.
Career Coaches help students discover their strengths and explore options to identify their best next, from college to trade school to the workforce.
Our year-round Career Coaches help students develop job, career, and life readiness skills.
