Future Centers are staffed by our Career Coaches to work with all high school students, adding value to the work of our amazing school counseling teams.
Our Career Coaches provide programs and resources that help students discover and cultivate their interests and strengths, connect to compatible career paths, develop financial literacy skills, prepare for college and career, and build life skills. All students can access 1:1 support, ensuring no student is excluded from this critical training due to access barriers.
Our students graduate career-ready with resumes in hand, mock interview experience, money management skills, and an understanding of their interests and strengths.
Career Coaches use the SuperStrong® interest inventory as a foundational tool to help guide their work with students. SuperStrong® helps students understand themselves and their interests, while providing meaningful connections to the world of work.
