Megan is deeply committed to community service. Her passion for volunteering for years reflects her commitment to making a positive impact, particularly in initiatives aimed at supporting community development and empowerment. With more than two decades of experience in recruiting, career counseling and business development gained through founding and running Accountants Direct, an executive search specializing in placing accounting and finance professionals into local companies.
Megan enjoys partnering with senior executives running San Diego companies to recruit top talent and coaching candidates to excel at interviewing. Operating a local search firm offers unique insight into how impactful the success of Project Next is for our local students and
business community.
Megan has been a member and volunteered with local business organizations including, Corporate Directors Forum, Business Executive Council, San Diego Human Resources Forum, and the California CPA Society. Graduating locally from San Diego High School, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University Sacramento, and served in the Peace Corps – Dominican Republic. Megan resides in Oceanside California and when not working she can be found stand up paddle surfing in the summer and playing pickleball year-round.
