Mark spent a long time transitioning from the military back in the days when there was no guidance provided. Knowing the importance of education as an engineer and serving on the CSUSM College of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (CSTEM) Advisory Council, he believes Project Next’s mission to help guide students with a future pathway strengthens their confidence, goals and their community. The development of educational goals or optional career pathways will provide future leaders and a strong workforce for the region.
